. It was NOT your fault, it was the system. I'm only strong enough along with 3 siblings in the team.
Unfortunately not surprising within the area I live, it’s very commonplace and we are losing GPs so fast, as to quote one, ‘we cannot fix a broken system’ and the local hospital is extremely scary it’s so bad.General decluttering, nothing today, just the neutral items out of the door.
I have done a little bit more of packing up the kitchen, no doubt more items will be found as there are old vet meds to be returned so need to sort and gather togetherDecluttering challenge 2023🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Finally caught up with the train after my work trip.
Florenceem, sorry to hear you are finding getting the support you need so difficult, but glad you felt listened to today. Fingers crossed for you they continue to listen
Had a big sort out of another 'helpfully' labelled box today, this one was bits and bits 3 😅. Found another 43 items to go, but won't update my signature until they leave the house tomorrow. Hoping for some more quick wins when I tackle bits and bits 2 in the morning.
The storm decluttered some fence panels for us, so sorting that out is a frog for Monday. Hope all have a good weekend and are managing to keep warm2025 in 2025- 2027/2025

Good evening. I haven't managed much at all the last few day, my energy levels seem to have decluttered themselves.
Florenceem- I'm so pleased to hear mr F is making progress and that you felt listened to today.
Cleaned the bathroom Thursday and threw out some creams that had been there years and probably used a couple of times (mens groom kit ones, showergel and Deodorant is their limit).
Today I've sorted through a bag of school clothes and I'll contact the local church on Monday to see if they want any gor the swap shop before sending to charity shop.
Other than that, I've spent all day looking at holidays and realising I've probably left it way too late already.

Glad to read that things are making a bit more positive progress today,@florenceem.
After a third night of 3am walkies, my dog seems to be back to normal 🤞luckily the Friday morning one was dry and not at all windy (Hampshire), and last night I took him out for half an hour just before bedtime. He slept right through, and I didn’t get up until 7 (better than Friday when I didn’t get up till 9).
It’s been mostly domestic admin for the last few days, but
Decluttered
- 2 magazines to recycling
- six of Justin’s boxes broken down and put into recycling
- packed ready to go household item bought online but a mm too large for intended space
- pack of dog treats he doesn’t like binned
- stray chew he doesn’t binned
- book borrowed from Community Centre library put in the “outgoing area” ready to return“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Total change of sleeping pattern during the storm, even though we were fortunate not to have it too bad. Back to normal last night - Bed at 8pm and up at 6am, as usualAs for the decluttering today, I managed the usual HH rubbish declutter, along with 2 loads of washing now all put away along with a fully decluttered washing basket. I managed to declutter 2 parcels off to the postie and then another unexpected sale, so 1 decluttering parcel trip to the delivery office around the corner and arriving with 2 minutes before they closedI forgot that I had put items in my large dolly trolly for the charity shop so I did manage to take them and declutter the trolly. I opened door 4 of the mega wardrobe
and decided to start sorting what I could. I managed another large black bag full of items for the charity shop, now in the dolly trolly waiting to be taken maybe tomorrow if I have the energy, but also found some lovelies
to list, which I just managed to do before I totally ran out of energy after loading the dolly trolly and just had to get back into bed and went out like a light for 5 hours and woke up fatigued
Just managed to declutter a cup of coffee and wipe down the kitchen surfaces, sink and draining board decluttering them of any dirt or germs that may have been lurking. I'm hoping to list a few more items tonight in the hope of decluttering them soon, but I also need to declutter some homemade veggie soup & bread along with a nice large cup of coffee before I doWell done with all the decluttering efforts everyone & hugs & prayers to all those who need them in their personal struggles and difficulties at this time (((HUGS)))~ NSD 2025 - NSD July 20/20 (6 x💯)# Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel - Ongoing~ Totally FREE Christmas 2025 - 🎁✉️🏷🎀💐🪪🗒🧺⭐️Completed Challenges 2025:# No.36 Make £2025 in 2025 £1634.34 / £2025 (58%) (3) 💯💯+# No.12 Save £2 a Day 2025 2025: £730/ £730 💯# No.27 Save 1p A Day 2025 £667.95 / £667.95 💯# No.19 52 Week Env Challenge £1378 / £1378 💯# No.34 Save £12k in 2025 £13,429.74 / £12,000 💯 - Continuing20 -
Drop bag of textiles off, posted an old router they want back (could't find it at first , some garden rubbish and 2 plant pots, cut up old membership card, melted spatula out, took up curtains and washed (went to community sewing morning as not good with a sewing machine and wanted to ensure both the same length . I know how many crafters and good stitchers there are here so feel abit embarrassed. some paper out and filing (v modest amount) but with the other day's I'm up to 225.
Did buy some pink/cerise linen trousers in CS still with label and 6.50, not sure I'm a pink trouser person but as I don't wear dresses/skirts I thought maybe nice one evening rather than blue/black/grey etc or they may go back to the CS!

- Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks
- Concerted effort to sort out sleep patterns - Realistic targets: bed by 2:00 a.m. & up by 10:00 a.m
- Continue dealing with mail & email on a daily basis
- Don’t put it down, put it away + deal with mini tasks as soon as they are noticed e.g. refill olive oil pourer or salt cellar, stitch up a hole in a garment etc
- Commence ‘Operation Frog Tickling’ using the acronym - I.R.I.S. (Identify, Research, Implement, Sign Off) - One per quarter
- Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
I had a little flurry of activity in the kitchen 😉 Rearranged the small cupboard that contains day to day cooking ingredients - oils, condiments etc & decanted a bottle of olive oil into the fancy pourer. Then tackled 2 shelves in my larder resulting in 5 well OOD tins being binned & items relocated to their correct locations 😉
159 Glass bottle washed, dried & recycled
160 - 164 OOD foodstuffs binned
Not sure I ever mentioned the fluffy toy llama that I wombled when the previous tenants moved out from next door 😉 I finally got around to giving him a thorough wipe down with a damp cloth ready for his trip to the CS 😊
DH & I have had a bowl of hm soup for lunch 😋 One bowlful left which DH will have tomorrow & I will heat up some lo spaghetti & add some pesto sauce. Very chuffed with myself - I had an almost empty bottle of Sarson’s vinegar which can no longer be refilled since the lid was changed from screw on to fixed ☹️ However, not wanting to give in too easily I investigated & yippee there was a choice of 4 videos explaining how to remove the lid - I watched all 4 & picked the safest & least fiddly method 😉 one non refillable bottle successfully filled 🥳 & even better this meant I actually complied with no.4 on my daily mantras list 😉 The bed linen is washed, dried & folded ready to be taken upstairs & put away. Dinner was sausages, mash, baked beans & chopped tomatoes. Wudupa
165 -168 Kitchen recycling, drinks cans, 2 magazines - recycled
169 - 170 Kitchen & lr detritus - binned
Excellent decluttering of neutral items Happy_Kitties 👏 Over a quarter of the way to your target so one Gold Star ⭐️ is on its way 😊
Good work suzeesu2000 👏 Every item out is a win 🙂
ionafan, it might be slow progress decluttering photos but it is still movement in the right direction 👏
Excellent decluttering of cupboard contents 2Scratters 👏 It is so pleasing when you realise you have space in cupboards as it reminds you how much work you have done already 😊
Florenceem, todays visit sounds so much more positive 😊 Hopefully you will continue to be listened to & the assessment will take place quickly 🙏
Happy_Kitties, sorry to hear that the NHS is so bad in your area 😔 Good luck with your continued packing up of the kitchen 🍀
Tjh1412, still smiling at the ‘helpful’ labelling 😁 Excellent decluttering 👏 Hopefully, you will have a similar success in decluttering “bits and bits box 2” 🤞Sorry to hear about the fence panels 😔 I will keep my fingers crossed that repairs are done quickly & at minimal expense 🤞
charlies_tribe, sorry to hear that your “….energy levels seem to have decluttered themselves.” However you have still managed to do quite a lot 😊 Great work cleaning & decluttering the bathroom + going through a bag of school clothes 👏 Definitely moving in the right direction 👏 Hopefully you aren’t too late to book a holiday 🤞
Blue_Doggy, very pleased to hear that your dog appears to have recovered from whatever was ailing him 😊 Excellent work dealing with domestic admin & a good amount of decluttering also done 👏
Excellent decluttering Dizzycap 👏 You have had a very busy day 🤩 Also great work starting the decluttering behind Door 4 of the mega wardrobe 👏 Now you need to get some ‘restful’ sleep 🙏
Excellent decluttering TC77 👏 You are obviously doing well as you found the missing router 😊 Absolutely no need to feel embarrassed, I can’t even sew in a straight line when I use a sewing machine 😉 You took the very practical action of attending the community sewing morning & now have curtains you are happy to hang up 😊👏 I do hope that you decide to keep the pink/cerise linen trousers just for the surprised look on your friends faces 😅
DundeeDoll, what a useful service at the library 👏 Magazines are generally quite expensive so it is nice to know more than one person will read them 😊 & of course if it helps with your decluttering it is even better 😊
I won’t be in bed quite as early tonight as DSis & I are currently watching Sleepy Hollow which doesn’t finish for another hour 😉 I hope everyone has had as good a day as possible & that the weather has been kind 🤞 Sleep tight 😴
