My Regular Saver Bond Issue 34, with a maturity date of 30 May, now showing as matured into a 6 month RS (Issue 3) (my fourth of that issue, edited to third, my fourth expected on 5 June), with maturity interest added of £100.66 and £200 rolled-over and account number maintained. New MD of 30th Nov 2025.

Balance expected into my nominated account later today. (Edited to add: Balance of £2900.66 received in nominated account before 10am on maturity date. Very efficiently done)

Hopefully Lisa won't notice what's happened

My 6 Month (2) matures next week, as the option was available I gave my instructions a few days' ago for renewal to another 6 Month (3).  I checked the screenshot I took when I gave instructions and it does confirm I requested £200 to new 6 Month, the rest to go to nominated bank account.  However, I received a letter today (not the lady who's been mentioned above, but from someone else), saying "they're pleased to confirm they've actioned my request and the funds will go to nominated account".  No mention that £200 will go to new issue 3, which (I think) previous letters have mentioned.  So, I'm not holding my breath  :/
I gave the same instruction as you in the same circumstances for a 6 month account that matured today, and also got exactly the same letter, but my instructions have been fully carried out, so I've now got my second 6 Month Issue 3 with £200 in it, and the rest of my money is in my current account.

I'm hoping that there will be another VM RS Exclusive available when the original Issue 1 at 10% fixed matures on 31 July. Maybe not, though.

Hope's always the last thing that dies......I am hoping with you, too.

But Nationwide now own VM, and in their AGM they have communicated quite ambitious plans for 'integrating' VM into NW. I fear this means the end of great VM interest rates, and fewer and fewer VM-branded products.

I hope it ends the dozen login systems they use for different products/original banks though, and not Nationwide going that way instead
Well there certainly won't be many VM branded products in future,  as their licence to use the Virgin name lapses, but there may be many Clydesdale Bank branded banking products, alongside the Nationwide Building Society products.

Until they can a) set up a system that can handle all the different accounts and sort codes; and b) successfully migrate all the existing accounts onto it, then c) successfully merge a customers profiles from each of the legacy systems, the we are going to have multiple logins. I doubt they will ever integrate the customer facing part of the bank with the building society.

Hi, I opened and funded the Zopa regular saver just over a month ago and thought at the time I had set up auto save for recurring £300pm into the new account. But one month in and the £300 just went to the Primary Pot (access saver) and so I had to manually transfer it into the regular saver from there. Cannot see anywhere in the Zopa app where I have an autosave instruction set up that I can amend so am thinking perhaps I just set up a SO from my linked account as per traditional reg saver accounts. In the smart savings hub if click on account information it gives sort code and account number which is what is set up in my linked account monthly payment so this must relate to the Primary Pot. Is there a separate account number and sort code for the regular saver so I can set up a direct standing order as I cannot see anywhere in app? Otherwise guess could set up the auto save but don’t think option to do just for 11 payments so would need to cancel myself? Thks

I opened one in Feb  25 and set up auto save at the same time, When you log in the first box is Zopa account, next one down, Smart savings hub, third is Payments, Upcoming, Auto save £300 and the date.
Check that first to see if its showing.
My Feb payment was manual, March did not go through, I called and was told it was a mistake, to make a manual payment, so I did. They said it would work fine in April.
But later in the day the March payment went through and took me overdrawn, The extra £300 went into the basic savings pot as £300 was already in the Reg saver..
They are still working out the bugs.
If auto save is not there, call them, I could not find how to do that again. Maybe as its all set up for me.

Thanks, had a look and the Payments box and it says no upcoming payments so assume I never completed the setting up of autosave and instead set up the manual standing order but using the account number and sort code of the primary hub access saver rather than the regular saver (as cannot see the account number of the latter anywhere). So will see if Zopa can give me account details for the regular saver so can edit my standing order else will prob just try doing autosave again.
