Hi, I opened and funded the Zopa regular saver just over a month ago and thought at the time I had set up auto save for recurring £300pm into the new account. But one month in and the £300 just went to the Primary Pot (access saver) and so I had to manually transfer it into the regular saver from there. Cannot see anywhere in the Zopa app where I have an autosave instruction set up that I can amend so am thinking perhaps I just set up a SO from my linked account as per traditional reg saver accounts. In the smart savings hub if click on account information it gives sort code and account number which is what is set up in my linked account monthly payment so this must relate to the Primary Pot. Is there a separate account number and sort code for the regular saver so I can set up a direct standing order as I cannot see anywhere in app? Otherwise guess could set up the auto save but don’t think option to do just for 11 payments so would need to cancel myself? Thks

I opened one in Feb  25 and set up auto save at the same time, When you log in the first box is Zopa account, next one down, Smart savings hub, third is Payments, Upcoming, Auto save £300 and the date.
Check that first to see if its showing.
My Feb payment was manual, March did not go through, I called and was told it was a mistake, to make a manual payment, so I did. They said it would work fine in April.
But later in the day the March payment went through and took me overdrawn, The extra £300 went into the basic savings pot as £300 was already in the Reg saver..
They are still working out the bugs.
If auto save is not there, call them, I could not find how to do that again. Maybe as its all set up for me.

Thanks, had a look and the Payments box and it says no upcoming payments so assume I never completed the setting up of autosave and instead set up the manual standing order but using the account number and sort code of the primary hub access saver rather than the regular saver (as cannot see the account number of the latter anywhere). So will see if Zopa can give me account details for the regular saver so can edit my standing order else will prob just try doing autosave again.

    New account from Saffron!

Refer a Friend regular saver 8%

    £50 month / max £600.

Must complete a 'survey' providing the name of another Saffron customer who has 'referred' you (otherwise they say they will close your account down!)

Thank you for posting, do you know the incentive for the referrer? Or is the incentive a way of getting this account by by passing the one year rule for the members saver?

I also can't see any indication that existing members can't apply, which seems odd?

I suppose the friend they are referring can refer them to the same product, that's my intention.

You must have been referred by an existing member holding a Member’s Month Loyalty Saver.
So we just need name of 1 person holding a Members monthly loyalty saver and we can all be their friend?

Although I must stress the forum rules prohibit the exchanging of personal details so if you were to do this you would need to do this outside of this forum.

So I should be able to deposit the second £200 tomorrow.

Can they be related or is it strictly friend only?

    Also, although it says
    • You can only hold one account of this type of regular saver (Refer a Friend Saver).
I have a feeling they will close your account if you already have a members monthly loyalty.
