    Do you have a fridge or freezer? Wired in smoke detector? Clock on the cooker/microwave? Radio alarm? Home security system? Plug in doorbell? All things that use power that are often forgotten about.

    Nope and the freezer would use a lot more than 28watts

    I may return the pink gadget....




    Depending what Sky box you have, it could easily be using 20 watts or more. Even on standby.
    6.4kWp (16 * 400Wp REC Alpha) facing ESE + 5kW Huawei inverter + 10kWh Huawei battery. Buckinghamshire.

    That 28 watts in the live use is a snap shot of the last 10 seconds , does it consistently say 28 say over 2mins i.e. 12 snapshots?

    Passive Standby: 0.4 W
    Active Standby: 17.7 W

    It is in passive standby mode !

    I turned off the sky box and it still shows 28 watts 
    I have absolutely no idea what could be draining my resources
