Still unable to see any data from Thursday, Friday or Today (gas or electricity)

The button is for resetting the device. Hold the button down whilst plugging it in, and the device resets itself. You then have to go through the charade of reconfiguring it via the app. If you have a steady white(ish) light, don't do the reset.

If you are using the web site, not seeing data for the last day or two is normal. If you want the bar charts with today's data, you need to use the app.

It's a well known brand of wheelchair so the OEM battery and charger will be safe!

most of these lithium battery fires are due to bodged home made e-bikes

Unimpressed with the home mini

To start with - I expected it to show todays usage as a graph - it only shows data from 2 days ago !

Yes it shows the current usage 28 watts - no idea where this power is consumed - everything is off apart from Sky box (standby) and Phone  and pink gadget - no way do these use 28 watts !!

"Unfortunately no data available for your selected date range." for yesterday !! both gas and electricity

That's no use to me

I may return the pink gadget....

I'm not getting any "today" data, at the moment, only current half-hour(which come direct from the meter), so I think there is something amiss elsewhere.

Yesterday is blank too

My old IHD is still working as previously though

Have you tried using the Octopus app on your phone ?

You won't get realtime graphs of your usage via the web site.

Well, something is using 28 watts. It's not the pink gadget making it up, it's only reporting what your electricity meter is seeing.

yes i have and it shows the same (now 38 watts ) of live use

and it claims 34.07 pence estimated cost of electricity and 32.01 p gas today !!

Still no standing charge shown or included
