    Both show "live usage" - that's not the problem - the problem is the lack of data for the previous 24 hours !

    This is why we have asked the OP several times to provide screenshots of their app tabs. Presumably they don’t have the same ability you and I do to use the “Day” tab to scroll back through use - seeing how their tab appears to them might help us resolve this for them.

    Those look like screenshots from the website, not from the app? Do you have the app installed on your phone/tablet?
    As I understand it, the missing gas data from yesterday in the "week" view is quite normal.
    You should also have a "day" tab which will tell you how much gas you've used on any day, including yesterday (which is missing from the "week" tab)?

    Yes, as requested several times OP it is the DAY tab from the APP that is needed for the daily use. 

    The week tab both in app and on the customer online portal is usually going to run a day behind - that is indeed standard. Indeed it is one of the main reasons that for anyone genuinely interested in keeping an eye on use and driving costs down the mini is a useful gadget.

    What tablet is it?  iPads on current software just need to drag a finger from the bottom left corner to the centre to create a screenshot.

    It seems you have the iPhone and I have trouble taking a screenshot with mine 

    Now I ask Siri to do it for me and it works every time
