Sounds a bit odd, my IHD stayed working and still works now.0 -

I have asked him why he thinks this - and copied in Greg@octopus.energy as well.....

The brainless idiot at Octopus HAS disconnected my old IHD and is now asking for a photo of the code number on the IHD so he can reconnect it !
