Halifax Reward Slow Updates

I relise the tracker doesnt matter its only a very inaccurate indicator but it does make you wonder why they use it if they cant make it work  properly .

It wouldnt pass a MOT thats for certain ...are they attempting to cause frustration  in hope people give up  meeting the terms ?
Seems odd .

So far this month it was working ok showing multiple accounts were tracking as terms were meet one by one then today suddenly ....no accounts are tracking .
It hasnt even updated since the 19th and today is the 21st  yet a number of accounts have suddenly changed from tracking .....to not tracking overnight .

My guess is it is just a very low priority for them since it doesn't actually affect payment. It's not been reliable in the 5 years (nearly) it's existed.

Ha! Having tracked correctly yesterday, the green ticks have disappeared today.
In my experience, the tracker has been completely reliable until this January.
I'll just ignore it, as others have said.

It'd be Jan and yes, rewards were paid to everyone who qualified, regardless of what the tracker stated. No doubt there were some stragglers as always.

My Jan payments arrived late, but they all arrived in the end. If you haven't received yours it might be worth putting in a complaint and ask Halifax to investigate. Based on my experience with my missing Dec payment, I'd jump straight to putting in a complaint rather than phoning/live chatting customer support as when I did their "solution" was basically to wait and hope something happens (which unsuprisingly didn't work).

I was just wondering,  Turns out ppl who said the tracker was irreverent were correct.

If last month is anything to go by, something might have changed under the hood with the reward payments. In Feb a lot of us received them either late in the day on the 12th or into the following day I believe.

Last month they were not paid until the 13th, so we should receive them soon.

I'm abroad at the moment, which shouldn't impact it, but mine arrived 28 minutes ago.....

Looks like the 13th of the month has now become the regular payment day for rewards earned in the previous month.
