I relise the tracker doesnt matter its only a very inaccurate indicator but it does make you wonder why they use it if they cant make it work properly .
It wouldnt pass a MOT thats for certain ...are they attempting to cause frustration in hope people give up meeting the terms ?
Seems odd .
So far this month it was working ok showing multiple accounts were tracking as terms were meet one by one then today suddenly ....no accounts are tracking .
It hasnt even updated since the 19th and today is the 21st yet a number of accounts have suddenly changed from tracking .....to not tracking overnight .

My guess is it is just a very low priority for them since it doesn't actually affect payment. It's not been reliable in the 5 years (nearly) it's existed.

Ha! Having tracked correctly yesterday, the green ticks have disappeared today.
In my experience, the tracker has been completely reliable until this January.
I'll just ignore it, as others have said.0 -

Looks like the 13th of the month has now become the regular payment day for rewards earned in the previous month.2
