  • My tracker also hasn't updated since 05Dec, but I'm not worried about it. For what it's worth, the tracker usually lags behind by a few days and in the past has slipped even more then that. As long as you have met the reward criteria you signed up for it doesn't really matter what the tracker says. There have been many instances in the past where it hasn't updated correctly but people have still been paid their rewards anyway.

    Just been looking at the Halifax rewards tracker, I know it tends to lag behind a few days but the last time mine updated was the 5th December, that’s 8 days ago.

    I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
    The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
    I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    It's very flaky, I've stopped bothering with it. If you qualify then you'll get the reward no matter what it says

    Mine too. I'll give it a few more days and pay £100 into Skipton just to be on the safe side
    I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

    i didn’t even know there was such a thing as a rewards tracker, and even if I did, I have no need to look at it . I just pay £500 on each debit card each month and I have always received the £5 reward for them each month.

    Someone made a similar thread on the banking board this morning. I offered the same comments as above - the tracker usually lags behind a few days, but occasionally slips further. As long as you have met the reward criteria you signed up for it doesn't really matter what the tracker says. There have been many instances in the past where it hasn't updated correctly but people have still been paid their rewards anyway.

    Yes that’s great if it works for you but the requirements are a bit more than just £500 each month and some folks use it as a reminder that all that is needed has been done even more so if you have 3 accounts to deal with.

    The only other requirement is that you pay in £1500 to each account.
    if you have 3 of them, I would have thought that you have your own system to remind you to meet the criteria, rather than relying on their app that is prone to error.

    Yes I do have my own system others may not. All I'm trying to say is some find it useful.

    Tracker is updated now until 10 Dec.
    I find the tracker useful, i normally do the £1500 transfers in one go, but the £500 DC payments i dont, so its good to check ocassionally.
