Halifax Reward Slow Updates

    I've received my December reward today but it's still saying that as of 13th Jan I've not paid in enough or spent enough!
    £2000 went in on the 10th, £500 DC payment on the 11th
    I'm sure they'll get there eventually!

    It's about 5 days behind even when it "works". Just ignore it.

    Yes, I got all my £5 rewards yesterday.

    But January's spend not tracking still. People are saying the tracking app's tardy and unreliable, but in my experience, it has always tracked once it's cleared "pending" 
    So I'll have to wait and see if I do get the rewards in February.

    Interestingly I've just checked mine and I'm missing one reward. 2x accounts have paid out the reward as usual but one hasnt

    I got the rewards for all 3 of my accounts, but one of them is now up for renewal of the reward and when I try to renew it tells me I don't have a reward account so can't! When I enquired with Halifax they had no idea.

    The tracker for this month is as usual woeful. It's completely wrong on all 3 of my accounts for amounts deposited and debit card spends.

    I clan clearly see the criteria has been met for all three accounts, but I'm going around in circles when messaging the advisers in the app.

    Shall give Halifax a call tomorrow...

    Was a reward active on the account *before* the monthly criteria was satisfied?

    Was a reward active on the account *before* the monthly criteria was satisfied?
    Yes, for all three accounts the reward expiry is September 2025
