Has anyone else not received their reward for December yet? Was expecting it yesterday

Interestingly I've just checked mine and I'm missing one reward. 2x accounts have paid out the reward as usual but one hasnt
I'm missing two reward payments - one account has been credited with the reward, but the other two haven't.

I clan clearly see the criteria has been met for all three accounts, but I'm going around in circles when messaging the advisers in the app.

Shall give Halifax a call tomorrow...
Was a reward active on the account *before* the monthly criteria was satisfied?
Yes, for all three accounts the reward expiry is September 2025
I'd encourage you just to open a complaint and let them work it out in that case. Trying to get them to sort it any other way has been at best tiresome in my experience. Complaint gets a fiver very quickly added.

Can I just jump on this, I’ve sent £500 from my halifax to my monzo on the 8th of this month, the tracker has updated on the 13th and still says I haven’t spent enough on my card, does this method not work anymore?.

I'm assuming when you say "send" you mean you pay into your Monzo account using your monzo.me link and your Halifax debit card rather than a direct bank transfer from Halifax to Monzo?

That’s correct, same as I’ve been doing for the past couple of months and usually works just fine.

There's been no change to the criteria as far as I'm aware - all debit card spend counts for the criteria until they tell us otherwise. I do similar and pay into a savings account that accepts debit cards and apart from the hiccup with my Dec payment that I mentioned yesterday, I've had no problems doing this for years.

It's now the 17th and the tracker has updated to cover up to and including the 15th.

But this month, funds sent as usual to savings accounts elsewhere on the 6th & 10th just haven't been recognised as 'spends. Never had this before.

If it's them enforcing the spending rule, my budget is down £10 a month

And funds sent by debit card to my S&S ISA on the 3rd (debited 4th, dated 6th) haven't registered either, but I did get the reward in Jan for the funds sent to the same account on 24th December.
A pop-up on the tracker says
There are a few payments which don’t count for the ‘£5 for £500’ offer: When you take cash out of a cash machine, branch or Post Office counter. When you transfer money to another account.
Was the second clause always phrased that way?
If they've decided such payments don't count, I'll have to reconsider the utility of the account.

Mine definitely isn’t registering the way I’ve done it with my debit card going to my monzo account so it seems as if something has changed very recently unless it’s a mistake there end?.

My last update was on the 15th, my £1500 transfer into my account on the 6th hasn't been recognised in the tracker and none of my £500 plus spending on my card since the 6th has updated in the tracker, this is both paying off a credit card and regular purchases so it is definitely an issue with the tracker, not the type of spend in my opinion.

Yeah I did notice that not only is the spend on the debit card not changing with the tracker but also the money that has to be paid into the account isn’t changing too, so I’m guessing it’s a tracker problem.
