Sorry, not possible. The current scheme has been running less than 5 years. The previous scheme paid out by the second working day of each month (usually the first, but not always).

12th is the most common payment date but there have been random occasions mine has arrived much later in the month than that, and a few times not at all (despite having an active reward and fulfilling criteria).

Mine have always been 12th, or next working day, since 2021.

No reward showing in any of my 3 accounts, though my £5 standing order has gone today, as usual, leaving all accounts on £0 now.

So glad I do that £5 buffer and delay to shift the rewards, else overdrawn today.

Well I'm not lying and I'm not disputing your version of events either. Both can be true.

And in regards to how long I have been getting the reward I was just guessing but you are right I just checked and I started sometime in 2020

My accounts also show all reward payments on 12th, 13th or 14th with 12th being the most frequent.

Chill out everyone, Halifax says "around" the 12th each month. Last month it was also coming in on the 13th. It may arrive this afternoon or maybe even tomorrow. It's free money for very little effort so just let us all be happy that such generous accounts are available to us.

That only happens when 12th falls on a weekend. There's obviously an issue somewhere on their systems

Last month the 12th was a Sunday , so doesn't count

I've not received mine either but gonna leave it a week or so before I put in a complaint about it. My missing payment last month was sorted fairly promptly after I did that. Fairly chill given I know it will get sorted eventually.

Looking back at my past payment history though, I've received mine like clockwork on the 12th-14th for as long as I've had my accounts. Pretty much always on the 12th unless it was a weekend or bank holiday (12th Jan 2025 was a Sunday for example). Something has definitely changed on Halifax's end
