Just checked, mine not received either. Usually arrives around midday on the 12th. No surprises, it's gone beyond a joke now.

My cinema voucher email has just dropped into my Inbox despite the Tracker consistently saying I had not met the January criteria (other than the balance part which it did get right).

I expect the £5 to appear in my other account dated today but possibly not visible until tomorrow.  We shall see.

I can reassure you it takes a lot more than this to get me worked up!

No payments (x6), even though tracker said on track from around the 5th onwards for us last month.

The two are not connected and are both (to differing extents) less reliable than they should be.

Money will show up within a week or two.

Probably because they don’t always pay it on the 12th. Some months it gets paid on the 13th.
