My tracker is now showing the amounts paid in and spent after 9th January, but not anything before that.

Sorry, I'm new to the whole Halifax reward thing this month. So it shows you somewhere in the app that you are on course for getting the reward does it? I have navigated around it but can't see where?
On the Home page when you log in to the app, scroll towards the bottom and press My Extras, look for the first tile  called Reward Extras halfway down below the text "Other offers and rewards"

Brilliant thanks. So Halifax thinn I haven't paid in £1500. I paid in on one on the 2nd of month and the other on 9th. They say I've paid in £6 in one of the accounts and £1010 on the other.?????
As long as you know you have paid in a total of £1500 or more into each account and this is demonstrated by the figures they have actually recorded when you look at transactions on the account, then don't worry.  To get the "Reward" make sure you have met whichever other condition you signed up to.
Still not showing for me. The £1500 did not stay in the account beyond a few minutes but I was pretty sure I'd researched that that wasn't a problem? It certainly says that the issue lies purely with the paying in of £1500 albeit the amounts they say I have paid in bear no relation to reality.

There's no requirement for the money to stay in the account for any prescribed period of time. Paying in/out in rapid succession isn't the issue. As above it's worth taking the tracker with a big pinch of salt. 99% of the time you will be paid regardless of what it says as long as you meet the criteria, and in the rare instance it doesn't then a complaint will get it sorted reasonably quickly.

Has anyone else not received their reward for December yet? Was expecting it yesterday

Interestingly I've just checked mine and I'm missing one reward. 2x accounts have paid out the reward as usual but one hasnt
For anyone who is interested, I contacted them via their live chat last week and was told that "in a few days I would be paid". Forgot about it for a week and still had received nothing, so I submitted a formal complaint yesterday using their online complaints form, which from memory someone also linked to the other day.

Outcome was fairly quick (within a few hours) and was found in my favour. Their response was:

There is a known issue affecting some accounts not receiving the Reward Extras payment. These payments will be addressed as quickly as possible. I can arrange to credit the missing £5 to your account, along with a £10 to cover the inconvenience. You may also receive the £5 payment you were due once the system issue has been resolved but you don’t need to take any action if that is the case.

I now have 3 Halifax reward accounts as does my wife, which i believe is now the max. Is it possible to also have a joint account? I've tried looking it up but can't seem to find an answer but I thought at one point somebody on here had said it was.

Section P says you're allowed up to 3 accounts in either sole or joint names. You can have joint accounts but they will take up one of both you your allowed accounts. You are best off each having 3x sole accounts in order to maximise the total number of accounts between you.

Did my 1500 in and 500 spend on the 1st and the tracker now shows that I've met the requirements for Feb.

Unlike other posters I had never had a problem with the tracker until Jan - but it seems to be fixed now
