Was just coming here to say the same.  Usually code arrives same day or day before the £5 arrives in my other account.  (I have two current accounts - one for the £5 and one for cinema ticket.  The £5 has arrived.)

Have received my three tickets now.

Hi, the GBP 5 reward has still not been paid into my 2nd Reward account. It was paid into 1st account on 12/03/25. Wondering if anyone has experienced the same? Thank you

Had that happen to me back in Jan - two accounts were paid and one wasn't. I'd open a formal complaint through the link someone posted earlier in the thread and it should get sorted fairly promptly. Would be worth double checking first that your rewards haven't expired (12 months from last renewal) and that you definitely met the criteria.

Just noticed both my accounts are showing I have not met the deposit and spend this month when I reached it at the beginning of the month for both deposits and several days ago for the spend.  Not worried about it as such, just wondered if this has happened to anyone else.

Yes, never had a problem before, but today three accounts are showing zero spend and zero deposits.

No (not fivers at least). The 12th and 13th were both non-working days. It'll arrive some point later today or tomorrow.

No, but the last time they "missed" the Reward payment, it was in my account within 24 hours of the next working day, so I am expecting it to be visible Tuesday am
