Neither because there won't be a hearing.
Given the CCJ the claimant-biased CNBC caused to you by their mess-up, have you done this yet?
Closes tomorrow night:

Please tell your experience and of course state that the court service must stop bulk litigation of parking cases outright. Just ban bulk litigation and fees in cases under £300, as in the Scottish model.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Regarding the CCJ they already wrongly gave a few months ago, how do I go about removing it now?
During the mediation call, they stated if it goes to hearing it will be 6-12 months from now, and if I lose the case then a CCJ will be issued then.

Even if you lose, no Judgment will appear on your credit file unless you fail to pay the judgment amount within the timescale allowed.lampard123 said:During the mediation call, they stated if it goes to hearing it will be 6-12 months from now, and if I lose the case then a CCJ will be issued then.
I query your use of the word 'wrongly' in there. Back in last October you failed to respond to a Claim made against you. Hence the Default Judgment made at that time.lampard123 said:Regarding the CCJ they already wrongly gave a few months ago, how do I go about removing it now?
Since then this thread has been devoted to answering that question you are now asking - "how do I go about removing it now?"
Perhaps you need to re-read this whole thread.1 -
I believe it was was wrongly issued as I've sent my defence in time but they chose to ignore hence why I have emailed them showing proof they signed for the defence with tracking.KeithP said:

Theres an update on the claim status which says:
Your claim was transferred to ROMFORD on 04/03/2025
Does anyone know what this means?
Thanks in advance0 -
To my untrained eye, that means your claim was transferred to Romford last week.lampard123 said:Hi All,
