@Le_Kirk another option would be to make more than one submission.This info was provided in their email informing me the CC inquiry was relaunched.
The evidence you have submitted previously will be used by the new Committee. If you would like to submit further evidence to the Inquiry, please submit a new piece of evidence to the portal. To make it clear this is a second submission, please put in brackets (Second Submission) next to your organisation name as demonstrated below. (Sorry I can't transfer the picture)You could enter in the Organisation Name box (Page 2 Continuation of First Submission) Page 3 and so on2 -
Thanks @Nellymoser, I have now submitted my thoughts along with the Judgments link and it hasn't (yet) been rejected. Trouble with sending anything as a second submission would be that it would still be the same size (file >5Mb or >3,000 words). For now, 'tis done.2

🤞 Yeah you would have needed to split it up into sections. I no idea how I submitted my last one. I've no record of it but as it was shown on their website I'm at least able to see what I wrote! I'll expand on it with some of Coupon-mad's suggestions. Like you I've no experience of court but find it jaw dropping reading some of these threads and how CC system treats them.3

In addition to the points made by @Coupon-mad in this thread, Dr Kate Leader’s submission highlights some of the obstacles faced by litigants in person which might resonate with anyone who has been pursued for an unjustified PCN.

Please do email your evidence to answer their questions, regulars here with knowledge, plus everyone who has experienced a court claim or CCJ at the hands of the PPC World motley crew.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Olive_j and @Iyesh2609 for example who posted about their CCJs that were NOT SET ASIDE by Judges who should have done so.
@Harvez63
Anyone else with a CCJ
Anyone with a current (or recent past) parking claim. Especially if the courts mucked it up, @lydecker_777 for example.
Everyone on @Umkomaas DCB Legal discontinuances thread.
Tell the CJC that they MUST STOP BULK LITIGATION ABUSE by parking firms and horrific roboclaim firms who obtain keeper data in massive bulk then churn out claims, often with no intention of attending any hearings. They use old addresses and the aim is to get CCJs and frighten others into paying £300 a pop.

The Justice Committee will question the Minister for Courts and Legal Services Sarah Sackman KC MP for the first time during the final evidence session in Parliament on Tuesday, 8 April of its inquiry into the Work of the County Court.

Let's hope they do something that will sanction the timewasting legals who waste tax payers money and that county court judges who do not understand the great parking scam be subject to be re-trained
The Judges I have seen understand the scam and call it a reigime ?
They all dismissed the stupid claims that a click of legals ....... the very little click of timewasters we see on here daily trying to earn momopoly money ....
Let us hope they see why the CountoyCourt is so abuded and that some judges are clueless
