Hi everyone,
Big Update:
I have received a response via the post which seems to be a form. With the first page mentioning that this is now a defended claim. I will now be sending pictures of the form.

You can't have done, because that option was removed in May 2024. You should already know that it's compulsory and exactly what to say, from the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi All,
I have my mediation call this afternoon. I read the template and understand that I should not pay anything in regards to settlement and will defend my case in court.
I'm just wondering as my original defence was that I did not recieve any letters or fines, I did not get a chance to appeal.
So at court, will my case be to pay the original fine, or tell them the reason why it was unfair to give me a ticket initially (from what I recall, just went over the 3 hour stay limit due to health related reasons).
Thanks in advance
