    So its proceeding as normal,  with your local preferred court now dealing with it ( the CNBC are now out of the equation and no longer involved  )

    It's proceeding as normal. As you were expecting, we hope, given that the NEWBIES thread tells you what to do when?  You know what to do next because it's in the IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN section of the NEWBIES FAQS thread.

    You have your WS deadline in that Order.

    You also know from @Umkomaas thread when the discontinuance is likely to happen. However because your defence was so sparse, they might not. Prepare your WS and exhibits as per the advice.
