    I hope you are all enjoying this lovely sunshine we are having in the West Country. 

    I have transferred £1000 to savings  just now as we still have lots in our current account in spite of paying the balance of our November holiday and ordering a new garage door. As it is only one week until one of my pensions pays out and the rest pay out two weeks time we should be fine until the rest of the week. 

    So August is now £1000.

    Spreadsheet updated.

Yes, there are 2 x 1556.93 for August  ;) YTD Total:  £16,543.30 / £12,000 My reporting for September will be towards the end of the month as again, there will be 2 different lots of incoming funds so to save any confusion, I'll total the whole lot together rather than report in 2 seperate blocks.

    Save £12k in 2025 #2 I saved £14,660.97 of £6000 or 244.35% of my target. The 2026 Save £12k in 2026 thread is here
    OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I finished the year at £2880.99/£3000 or 96.03% of my annual spend so I am sticking with a £3000 annual budget for 2026
    I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the grow your own in 2026 discussion thread
