Spreadsheet updated. Pensions get paid in this week but due to a weekend away, birthday presents, paying for our winter Canaries holiday and a new garage door savings will be a big fat 0 for August. We are a few months ahead so should still manage £12k by the end of the year.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Have you room for a polytunnel? I grow peaches, melons etc in mine.Suffolk_lass said:I find I spend much more on food in May, June and July. It's things like peaches, nectaries and strawberries. We eat loads of them! My housekeeping is at least £60 more than the winter veg period. I do grow lettuce, radish, tomatoes and cucumbers but they are so late this year. Well, the radishes aren't late, and I have plenty of lettuces housing lots of little slugs, but the nibbled nature makes them less appealing to be honest!Sept 24 : £32000 Sep 25 - £10356 Feb 26 - £6872
