Zopa Current account

I've linked Zopa alongside multiple current accounts to Paypal, though I actually went the Plum route in the end due to getting fed up with waiting as it's a bit long-winded to get Paypal linked accounts up and running. Many people here use this method already for creating DDs - as long as you add the current account details rather than a debit card you can select 'add money' to your wallet and transfer via Direct Debit without disrupting any existing automated savings through Plum / Moneybox etc.2

How did you link Zopa to Plum? It's not one of the available banks shown in my Plum app.PloughmansLunch said:I've linked Zopa alongside multiple current accounts to Paypal, though I actually went the Plum route in the end due to getting fed up with waiting as it's a bit long-winded to get Paypal linked accounts up and running. Can I set up one DD for £1,500 and then cancel it after payment made (rather than reduce the value)?0

Yes you can, I did this and got my £30 very quickly paid into my Zopa account. Others have also done this.10_66 said:Can I set up one DD for £1,500 and then cancel it after payment made (rather than reduce the value)?I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.1 -

That's my plan - I've set up a one-off DD for £1500 which will be taken next week, which will be cancelled after it gets processed. The cashback seems or be capped at £30/year so there's no point having further DDs be processed after that0 -
Open Plum and go through the usual process to add an account, scroll all the way down to “Can’t find my bank” and add the details manually. I had my entire cashback for the year paid in one go a few weeks latercrumpet_man said:

The Plum help guide indicates that manual linking is only available in countries where open banking is not used.

That's odd, in my Plum app (Android) when adding an account there is something at the bottom of the list of banks saying "Can't see your bank?" - but there doesn't seem to be any way to enter details manually, only a link to a form where you can vote for the next bank they will add to the list.PloughmansLunch said:

Maybe it’s an android thing? I’m on iOS. I’m linked with RBS now, and have this screen if I want to change itNorwichMan said:

Android here and no manual option so does indeed look like this is an IOS only "feature" in as much as I don't think it is supposed to be available.2
