            Can you do a CASS switch, or is that also not available yet?
 Though what’s the urgency for closing this account? It doesn’t come with any charges or commitments, so can‘t it just sit there in a dormant state?0

            I don't know about closing the current account, but you can close the regular saver in the app easily if you want to (ie to shift the dates for tax reasons).Smart Savings Hub -> regular saver pot -> ... at the top right -> Delete potAlthough I haven't tried this and haven't seen anyone who has, so unsure if you can open a new one after doing this?0

 Just bear in mind that when Zopa do build the facility to close accounts, you may not want to do so.oldagetraveller1 said:ThePirates said:

 There are many people who opened and closed Chase accounts only to discover that they can't rejoin and open a new account with them (as Chase haven't built that functionality!) and they are not the only financial institutions who place restrictions on customers rejoining.0

            Would this work to gain the £30 cashback on Zopa Current account? Set up a £1500 regular payment from ZCA to Vanguard Personal Pension and then cancel the regular payment soon after the first payment has been made. I assume the regular payment is a direct debit. Also I only want to contribute this tax year £2880 (being retired). I will make another single payment of £1380 before the end of this tax year.

            Has anyone received cashback from ZOPA for direct debit payments? Did it take long? Thank you0

 Yes, paid same month as earned, on month anniversary of opening current account (together with any interest earned).enterprising2016 said:Has anyone received cashback from ZOPA for direct debit payments? Did it take long? Thank you2

 Not sure if it was due to the date my DD went out but I got my £30 two days later, I wasn't expecting that.enterprising2016 said:Has anyone received cashback from ZOPA for direct debit payments? Did it take long? Thank youI choose the rooms that I live in with care,
 The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
 There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
 I listen all night for your step on the stair.1

            Barclays are not recognising my Zopa account details.
 Is there any way around this?0

 There are some teething problems, which are expected given current accounts are still in beta. Not much you can do apart from contacting Zopa I believeqbadger said:
