Does anybody with a current account know how often they update their statements? I need one for January as Vanguard want to see a statement with transactions on it before setting up my DD. I tried asking Zopa on their online chat, the first person couldn't help me, and I got cut off before their technical team picked up the query. I have a statement with zero transactions on it for December, but I don't know when they actually produced it. It covers the whole month.

On the app, mine are all made up for a calendar month. My latest is for 01-31 January 2025.

I have been on the waiting list for over a month now, but all I receive is invitations to take a loan  :) presumably to help to finance the Regular Saver.
  • My invitation took almost 2 months. Patience is required.

Have you tried opening the app? My wife never got an email but when she opened the app there was a tile bottom right corner inviting her to apply.

I have an app on iPad, but no invitation yet... though I am able to check only during the weekends.

Out of interest, what where the rough timescales involved? I'd added myself to the waitlist since mid-December but still waiting to hear anything about the current account/regular saver.

Does it give cashback on a direct debit to a savings investment firm? I pay a set amount into my stocks and shares ISA by direct debit (not standing order) each month so was wondering if I could move that DD over and get the cashback on that?!
