    Does it give cashback on a direct debit to a savings investment firm? I pay a set amount into my stocks and shares ISA by direct debit (not standing order) each month so was wondering if I could move that DD over and get the cashback on that?!
    Worked on a one-off DD to Gatehouse Moneybox.

    I had opened a smart saver on the 14th October and I got an invite for the bank account on the 30th October :)
    Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 17 payments until DEBT FREE - February 2027

    It also worked on a one off DD payment to YBS.
    I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
    The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
    I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    Just in case of interest to others; they won't accept DDs if recipient sends the mandate request by post (rather than electronic ones).  My initial attempt was via a savings account, the society only sends mandates by post, and Zopa declined it for that reason.  I went via alternative route instead.

    I have been on the waiting list for over a month now, but all I receive is invitations to take a loan  :) presumably to help to finance the Regular Saver.
    Have you tried opening the app? My wife never got an email but when she opened the app there was a tile bottom right corner inviting her to apply.
    Out of interest, what where the rough timescales involved? I'd added myself to the waitlist since mid-December but still waiting to hear anything about the current account/regular saver.
    A good 2 months.
