How is the waiting time for the current account at the moment?

It's still not showing in my Zopa account and it's been 10 working days (inclusive of the 16th). Has anyone else waited this long for their DD to appear in their account, please?0

Again… it’s in a testing phase. Quite why people are surprised there are issues or waiting times is bizarre. If you have an issue, report it. Expecting near 100% reliability is foolish. If something doesn’t work, move on.If you don’t have an invite. Just wait. Either until you get one or until it’s fully released.3

You get 2% interest in the current account. Whilst Kroo pays better interest, the 2% beat just about every other current account.
You get access to a Regular Saver paying an amazing 7.5%. That alone was enough reason for me to wait.2 -
where_are_we said:Would this work to gain the £30 cashback on Zopa Current account? Set up a £1500 regular payment from ZCA to Vanguard Personal Pension and then cancel the regular payment soon after the first payment has been made. I assume the regular payment is a direct debit. Also I only want to contribute this tax year £2880 (being retired). I will make another single payment of £1380 before the end of this tax year.
Has anyone been able to set up a DD with Vanguard? I tried last week but it didn't have Zopa in its list of recognised banks

Following up on this, I contacted both Zopa and Vanguard about this yesterday. Zopa didn't have a clue how to help, but Vanguard replied to say they SHOULD be recognising Zopa as it's in their list of UK banks. They gave me a workaround to get my bank details onto their system and they will do a manual update.

Got the email saying I can now get my salary paid into it. I'll hold off until we're out of beta before fully committing. If I do actually use it as a main account.0
