" it declined as the put6 your ID on your Proof of address therefore it wouldn’t go through."
That is a copy/paste not a typeo - as you can see I have problems understanding what a "put6 error" is !!!
I have said that to them in e-mails and asked for a call to resolve. I received 2 more e-mails just saying re-submit your detail. THIS IS ALL RUBBISH.
Called their offices and on all 5 options on their telephone system they all end in "nobody is available - goodby"!
Perhaps THE MONEY SAVING EXPERTS could/should help?2 -
I received an email on 14/11/2024 stating that Monavate were processing my refund but unfortunately my bank sort code was not fully entered on the form. Would I kindly email them with bank details, in order for them to process my refund asap. I have forwarded details, for the third time. Will update, if and when I receive refund .2

I have had all the problems everyone's had getting a refund back. We were in Spain when WeSwap went. I tried to use my card to withdraw cash and it refused the transaction but Santander never confirmed to WeSwap that it had been refused. WeSwap said it wasn't a problem as it would automatically return to my account after 30 days. €346 was a problem to me. Then I couldn't access anything anyway. Monavate reassured me the failed transaction would be back in my account and I would get all of my money back. Today I've received £962. I had €1487 on my card. That's either a terrible exchange rate or I've only been given part of my money
I've harassed Monavate constantly & they feel like a bunch of cowboys to me. Does anyone have any idea what I can do next to try and recover the rest of my money? I'm at the end of my tether.0 -
indeed £1240 is due and frankly they should pay interest, the agreement was there would be zero conversion fees as it was forced upon us - I haven’t had a penny back.0
