Yes Monovate obviously not operating properly either, can’t possibly be trusted as they are completely uncontactable now. What we need now is guidance as to how to recover funds.

Somebody who has been refunded by Monavate this week was told that they are currently refunding 30,000 Weswap accounts at 80/day. It seems that patience is the name of the game....

We have started issuing refunds to priority WeSwap customers (currently abroad or due to travel.)

If you believe you fall into this bracket please let us know, if not then your refund should be processed within the next 7 working days.

Yes at best funds held without interest and nobody to answer calls or emails- this is the last time I will use a product like this

Anyone else utterly frustrated with this whole situation? We have all done everything, which has been requested & more. No communication, no refunds for the majority . Where do we go from here ? Somebody please Help !!

I raised a complaint with The Financial Ombudsman today.  Response will take 7 days.
Not very optimistic.

I think we are being strung along- I was promised a refund within 7 working days and it’s approaching 2 weeks.

It may be worth us all contacting Watchdog, again to inform them that we're all still waiting for our refund , together  with all the lies we have been told. I have emailed them today .
