My E7 configured smart meter worked with TE same way as with Agile, recorded all usage to first register leaving the second untouched. When I left TE for Octopus it picked up few kWh while I was on E7 and then stopped when I moved to Agile.
    That's interesting.

After switching from EDF's ECO20:20 tariff to TE, our SMETS2 5 port Eco7 meter continued to operate as if it was still on the ECO20:20 tariff.

As far as I am could tell, TE never pushed any reconfiguration to the meter, so it kept switching between the two registers based on the former EDF ECO20:20 peak and off-peak times.

I guess it isn't surprising that people saw different things happening with their meters though, given TE's apparent lack of understanding and competence in communicating with meters!!!!
