just a heads up if you want to pay your Amazon Barclaycard by faster payment from your bank account using sort code, account number and your long 16 digit number as the reference then the bank details are NOT the same as normal barclaycard details. it is a totally different account number and sort code

Is anyone else getting or has managed to resolve RG105 after entering the card number to register it on the App? Called customer service don't seem to have a clue how to fix it or what caused it on their App, not the best start for a financial institution and their app

Same here.

It's stupid that customer services aren't open 24 hours a day.

Have rung 10 days ago and told give it a day and try again. Still get rg105 error.

Going to ring again Monday 

Really needs another way to activate the card other than the app

Apparently there is a bug with the app that is supposed to be fixed today

Update on RG105 error

They seem to think it's something to do with people that have had a Barclaycard in the past.

If my experience is anything to go by, you'll be waiting a long time. Barclaycard is very slow at issuing PINs by post. I applied for my card on 15 August. The PIN arrived in the post today, 4 September. That's almost three weeks on. I think that's the slowest I've ever experienced.
