Brie said:Well call me STS.
But meanwhile there's been a crucial change in the household. The OH has realised he's a tad overweight. (aka obese) and so needs to do something about it.
No more huge bowls of greek yoghurt in the morning with an excessive amount of honey on it. No more fry ups 5 times a week (after the yoghurt....) He's having porridge for breakfast most mornings with fruit. He's not started the "we must only eat ready meals" line that he's taken in the past and is looking to have proper meals made. (should be easy as he's a great cook). Instead of having a snack before dinner (crisps, toast with jam, biscuits) he's been munching on the mini tomatoes from the garden. (granted they are very sweet)
Anyways - I'm hoping this will last and he makes some progress. He's also said he's going to go through his clothing and throw out anything that doesn't fit (aka too small) which seems a bit backwards but he likes to shop so I can imagine that new trousers, shirts will be his reward to himself. Let's hope so anyways.4 -
Gained 1lb this week. Bank Holiday blow out. Pleased it was the last one til Xmas.4

Thanks guys hopefully I've caught up everyone. Unfortunately 1lb gain for me this week and I fear the fish and chips on the beach last night won't help the numbers for next week

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in revealed + 1 lb.
I've had a week off work and been out with friends, plus celebrated my birthday over the weekend, so a gain was expected. I'm actually surprised it's not more!
Belated Birthday brunch scheduled this morning with a friend. Chocolates and ice cream to finish off. Then back on track tomorrow. And the plan is to now stay on track until the wedding- on 9th November. Maybe lose another stone before then? Then stay on track and get the rest off after the wedding. I can do this.
One day at a time. We can do this.

4lb loss for me this week, so very happy with that. Mainly done with smaller portions and stopping eating when I am full.5

Good morning. I've enjoyed seeing what people are eating and realised I can still make huge changes.
A bit gutted here. I've scrubbed the house top to bottom this week and when I went on scales Friday I was almost 1.5lb down. But after 2 huge dinners at the weekend, pasta bake and a full gammon dinner yesterday, weigh in this morning was a tiny 0.2lb so it's a STS for me this week please.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
Mortgage@1 June 18 - £76350
Total debt @june 18 £102311
Debt Jan 25 £8282
Mortgage £51215. Total debt now £594977 -

So, I too have to report a STS for today.6 -
