Hi. I would love to join. Going through the menopause and weight will not budge, have a holiday next March and would love to feel more confident in a bikini. Starting slow so that hopefully I can achieve it. I will go with 3lbs by the end of September. Overall aiming for 10lbs by the end of March. Still holding my pregnancy and IVF weight from 18 years ago, lol3

I have been for my weekly swim and a few gentle aquarobic exercises at the local school leisure centre. It was quiet with just nine of us for the lunchtime, adults and toddlers swim. No toddlers today. I wouldn’t have bothered except that I have off peak membership and I like to get my money’s worth.2

Hi all, reporting a pound on which I'm fine with.
Not been able to do much exercise though I finally managed a walk today so hopefully I can up the steps now. See if I can lose that then some next week.
