Good morning. -1.5LB please. We walked Chatsworth friday, doing lots of steps and we're Off to the zoo today so lots of walking even if it isn't very energetic. No proper exercise done though.
My comfortable size 14s are now looking big and very baggy around the waist and hips and I've got a pair of 12s on today, a bit tight but I can fasten them.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

I feel like Im in abit of a holding pattern though, TBH I could cut down more but I just dont want to!!LOL
Still havent got back to running as my joints are crap (and keeping me awake at night) but Im hoping I can get a higher dose on my HRT patch which might help.
Exercising continues though regardless!Just lots of low impact for now, mini stepper, exercise bike and rebounder.

Monday morning weigh in revealed + 1 lb. Not a surprise as I've been craving carbs all week. Most unusual for me to be sat at work thinking 'I need pastry'.
I have three meals out in the coming week and then it's birthday to me on Sunday. So it'll be a balancing act between damage limitation and enjoying myself. 😉 That wedding is getting closer and closer! (9th November is the day. DS is on his stag do in Blackpool this weekend.)

@Brambling. I am reluctantly saying STS this week. I am actually down a quarter but not a half. This is despite not eating much at all for the past 2 days and walking 18000 steps yesterday.2
