@Brambling - Thank you for bringing the honour list up-to-date.

Now I have to admit to a 1lb gain - so I'm back to where I started the quarter.  (But again remember that is still less than at the start of Q1.)

    Morning all xx

Wasn't sure what to expect this morning as I've been laid low by a lurgy since Tuesday. Stayed in bed for two days. On the mend now, so bit the bullet.

Monday morning weigh in revealed -1.5 lbs. I'd dance but I don't have the energy. 🙂

I can't taste or smell anything at the moment. Not even my beloved first brew 😥

One day at a time my lovelies.

Good morning.  It's a STS for me please. I'm a bit surprised it wasn't a gain as we've been decorating and a day out and ended up with 3 takeaways!
LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
    Mortgage@1 June 18 - £76350
    Total debt @june 18 £102311
    Debt Jan 25 £8282
Mortgage £51215. Total debt now £59497

    Thank you, @jennystarpepper.

14 stones 6 this morning. The heaviest ever - including when 42 weeks pregnant!

I've walked to town (2 miles) and am now having a pot of tea with no cake. 2 miles back just now.

Lunch - avocado and tomato with a tiny bit of LO chicken and balsamic vinegar. Homegrown tomatoes!

Son 2 had the rest of the chicken with LO stuffing in a sandwich.

Tea will be - Spanish chicken for me, from the freezer. I've also found a shepherd's pie base so will mash some potatoes and make smaller son a shepherd's pie.

@Brambling Shouldn't mine now be 2/10 as I have lost 3.5 and put 1.5 on since early July? I will have a new update to enter tomorrow. 0.5/10 sounds wrong
  • So, a quarter on so a STS for me.

I'm happy with this as walking has balanced the stress and lack of energy eating, hopefully things will improve soon as I finally have an appointment (after nearly 9 months, and I'm supposed to be a priority case) at the consultants clinic, post code lottery comes to mind. You never know I might decide to fill my face tonight, depending on the outcome.

    Have a good week everyone.

A small success! -1/2 lb but also the lowest weight on a weigh day since the start. Now 11 st 11 1/2. I did get down to 11 st 11 briefly in July but went back up before weigh day. Perhaps I should switch to kilos? I check both each time and notice a metric improvement before an imperial one. Now 75.3.
