  • Hello

Final weigh in this quarter -4.5lbs please Brambling

Not sure if last Mondays weigh in was a blip as I’d lost 2lbs overnight when I stepped on the scales Tuesday morning.

Anyhoo I’ve done twice as well this quarter than in quarter 2 so very pleased with that!

  • Final weigh-in for Q3 - and it's a 1 lb loss.

(It would have been 2 lb loss except that yesterday I fell from grace - using the excuse that the box of Cadbury salted caramel flavour chocolate fingers had a BB date of mid-September, I downed all of the box (114g IIRC) during the course of the day.)

Will join the Q4 thread tomorrow with whatever number of pounds I need to lose to get down to the round stone mark.

Well done on reaching your target Catz   :)

Jenny don't forget you have been ill and were told not to diet so don't forget to be kind to yourself  <3

I'm going to set up the new thread tonight and will try really hard to keep it on track better than i have this quarter, no excuses seeing I'm now retired!  I will keep track of this thread for a few days longer and plan to add my last weigh in on Wednesday I really must do better as I'm unfortunately one of those with a lot to lose and have spent the year playing silly beggers with it.
I will add my last weight for this thread tomorrow morning and would like to be added to the new thread please.
  • Final weigh in. I have gained 1.5kg  :'( I had been avoiding weighing myself as I know I had gone off the rails - combination of stress and being run down/ill has lead to a lot of comfort eating and inactivity.

My final weigh in is -1lb. This is my lowest weight, 11st 10 (74.5 Kilos) since starting but still a bit disappointing because I have only lost 2.5lb in this Quarter. My target was 10lb. I hope I do a bit better next time.
