Yay! Last weigh in was a blip - I'm down 4.5lbs today which is about right overall. 7lbs left to go, but tbh I'd be happy with another couple before I go on hols. I hate it when you feel like you're doing it 'right', but get little or no progress. So demoralising.
I've had a cold this week so motivation to exercise has been low 🤣. Feeling better today and I'm looking forward to a weekend gardening and catching up with house missions. Hope you all have a great weekend. @Brambling enjoy your family get together! @Gingerlily not long til hols!3 -

Im going to have to say half a pound down this week (mainly coz there isnt a symbol for three quarters of a pound!!LOL).
So annoying though...Im 0.2Ibs away from target! This last little bit is so slow.
But I do have a win this week, measured my waist and its 29ins!I cant remember the last time I was in the twenties, when I started this diet it was mid forties!

I’ve weighed in this morning I’ve lost 2 LBS I’m very happy I’ve had a week away I’ve done lots of walk and I have had a few treats but I’ve been mindful of not going into full on holiday mode of just eating everything in sight I feel as if for once I’m in control well done everyone and thanks Brambling for running this6

+0.5lb A bit gutted but was expected as I've been snacking all week, not helped by the wrong time of the month.

Monday morning weigh in revealed + 0.5 lb. Tut. All I did differently was reintroduce bread. Calorie counted bread, but bread. I will unreintroduce bread this week and see what happens 😉
Six weeks to the wedding. I can lose a bit more in those six weeks 💪.I've lost 3 stones 3.5 lbs so far this year. About another 3 stones to lose, but not before the wedding obvs!
Thankyou for your kind words regarding the RTC. I'm still waiting to hear if my car is repairable. And breathe ....
