    Tea - will be a jazzed up shakshuka (Waitrose weekend recipe, p21!)

    Breakfast - Greek yoghurt and blueberries. Thought I should have something before work. 

    Tea - chicken tikka and butternut squash tart.

    I'm going to set up the new thread tonight and will try really hard to keep it on track better than i have this quarter, no excuses seeing I'm now retired!  I will keep track of this thread for a few days longer and plan to add my last weigh in on Wednesday I really must do better as I'm unfortunately one of those with a lot to lose and have spent the year playing silly beggers with it.
