Good timing, and a real surprise given the multiple mugs of hot chocolate and full fat hot ribena Ive been drinking to stay warm.
(I would still like to lose a little bit more but I set my target abit higher this time as I figured Id keep expectations middle aged and perimenopausal!!LOL).

I'm going to set up the new thread tonight and will try really hard to keep it on track better than i have this quarter, no excuses seeing I'm now retired! I will keep track of this thread for a few days longer and plan to add my last weigh in on Wednesday I really must do better as I'm unfortunately one of those with a lot to lose and have spent the year playing silly beggers with it.

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in revealed - 0.5 lb.
That's 11 lbs off this quarter. Three stones and 4 lbs off since 8th January.
It maybe should have / could have/ would have been more but life happens. And slowly, slowly, I'm getting there. I now weigh the the same as I did when DS was 2 years old. He'll be 32 in December.
Still got a lot to lose but with the accountability and support of you wonderful people it feels doable. Thank you.
Rxx
PS 5 weeks until DS get married. See you on the next thread. 😘
