So it's not a STS or anything else, after seeing the nurse at the consultant's clinic I've been told not to diet! Now you would think I'm happy with this, but no, not considering how much I've lost, with more to go. One of my bloods is not playing ball, but if I portion control and staying away from !!!!!! I should be ok and lose a little. So, I'm to eat when hungry, sit down when I'm tired and not over do things.
I'm still hoping if I portion correctly, have a walk, bit of home exercise when I can then I can still lose about 7LB by Christmas, which is still something and about 1.5Lb per month and do able with healthy eating, I'm just happy I've managed to maintain my loss this year and not fill my face with all that is going on.
Well done to everyone, for keeping with it, @Frith you're doing an amazing job, is your chicken tikka your own recipe, or a weight loss one? Welcome back @Pixie_Cosmo, it's hard getting back on the wagon.
Many thanks Brambling.

Hello, @jennystarpepper. It's just an easy one I made up with some ground almonds and yoghurt stirred through at the end.4

I lost 1 kg this week.
I am still playing with intermittent fasting but reminding myself that just because I have a shorter eating window, doesn't mean that I can eat what I want in that window. My downfall is definitely evenings when I am tired and craving all the sweet things.5 -
I have been mia for a while, but looking at what I last logged here, I am down 1lb. Not what I would have hoped for over the last two months, but better than a gain. I will try to remember to log in once a week, even if it is a gain or a sts.4

Brunch - hummus and avocado
Brunch at work - half a slice of toast with jam
Tea - 2 chicken thighs with salad and roasted garlic3 -

A bit gutted here. I've scrubbed the house top to bottom this week and when I went on scales Friday I was almost 1.5lb down. But after 2 huge dinners at the weekend, pasta bake and a full gammon dinner yesterday, weigh in this morning was a tiny 0.2lb so it's a STS for me this week please.- I weighed less yesterday than I do for this Monday's weigh-in.
So, I too have to report a STS for today.
I must take more inspiration from Frith, your meals sound healthy and nice.
I have bought leggings for the gym today, now I just have to use them.....LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
