Good luck on the fostering Charlie's_tribe I know it can be hard work but rewarding, two of my sisters did it many many years ago, one of my nephews now in his mid 40s was first fostered and then adopted

Thanks brambling I’ve been one of the bad in fact I’ve been shockingly bad it’s time for a fresh start I will get weighed in the morning and start again I’ve got a holiday in may that I’m determined to shift at least some of this weight

I've been suffering with a cold since Tuesday and have not been following the "feed a cold, starve a fever" idea, quite the opposite really as I haven't felt hungry.  So this morning I'm 2 lb less than on Monday.  I hope it will be sustained till my next "official" weighin on Monday.

1k loss for me, the new house was left really dirty, so I’ve been cleaning like crazy, which has helped with the weight loss.

Final push now till the end of the quarter

Tea - one sausage, 2 tomatoes, handful of mushrooms, half an avocado, fried egg

I'm making a lemon drizzle cake for my son at the moment so might stop the BSD for a slice with a cup of tea.

Another STS for me, seem to have plateaued.

Better than gaining I suppose, just wish my motivation would kick in, one of my eccentricities is that competition spurs me on. 

Health should, pride should, but no its usually a bit of competitiveness that makes me do better. 

Must do better.

I’ve been weighed today 15 st 8 I don’t think I’ve lost anything since the beginning of the year well I have but then put it back on I have a holiday in may next year and I am determined to shift at least some of this weight for that I’m starting today and hopefully I will have at least lost something for the new quarter I’m not hopeful I WILL HAVE LOST.
