Fed up today. (Not because of the diet)

Had 2 slices of lemon cake yesterday.
One piece of fruit cake today at a Heritage Open Day.

Also sausage, tomato, mushrooms and an egg for lunch.

My downfall is definitely evenings when I am tired and craving all the sweet things.
I tend to save alot of my calories for evening for this reason. Just lately been having picky teas with lots of crudites, rice cakes with hummus, roasted seaweed and a little pot of fruit for something sweet.
Then a couple of hours later I have a 'snack' of a bowl of berries with soya yoghurt, granola (I use a basic one and add tons of nuts, seeds, coconuts and....choc covered salted almonds just coz! B) ) also low cal salted caramel sauce which is really tasty.
Then an hour after that I'll have a packet of crisps coz I like my savouries. Its alot of eating but not alot of calories really! :)

Lost 1and a half Ibs this week! Probably because I was off work and not eating for england between nightshifts!LOL
Although I did go to the cinema for the first time in years and did not stint on the snacks there!
So close to goal now.....eeek! :#

Brunch - hummus and carrot sticks

    3 chips at the football

Tea - the chicken, onion and pepper that my son had in his wrap plus a spoonful of guacamole!

    Will weight tomorrow.

Perhaps not the best week, food wise.
