Angelica123 said:My downfall is definitely evenings when I am tired and craving all the sweet things.
Then a couple of hours later I have a 'snack' of a bowl of berries with soya yoghurt, granola (I use a basic one and add tons of nuts, seeds, coconuts and....choc covered salted almonds just coz!) also low cal salted caramel sauce which is really tasty.
Then an hour after that I'll have a packet of crisps coz I like my savouries. Its alot of eating but not alot of calories really!
Lost 1and a half Ibs this week! Probably because I was off work and not eating for england between nightshifts!LOL
Although I did go to the cinema for the first time in years and did not stint on the snacks there!
So close to goal now.....eeek!3 -
Hurray! I've lost 2.5lbs! Well done y'all for keeping going!
Meals have been calorie counted. I'm using up my protein shakes (moneysaving!) so had those for breakfast and lunch with fruit and a small pot of yogurt and low cal crisps. Main meals have been with lots of veg. At least 2ltrs of weak juice drunk daily, no booze.
I have managed mostly daily 10mins of yoga, daily weights / abs workouts between 10-20 mins, and three 30min runs, plus meeting my step count.
I have meal planned for the next three weeks. Greek yogurt and nuts or a shake for breakfast, homemade lentil or bean soup (tis the soup season!) or salad for lunch. I've got a delivery today so will be busy batch cooking meals this afternoon! I'm planning making beany chilli, a smoked tofu curry and quorn cottage pie. Other meals include bean quesadillas with salad, tofu stirfry and a low carb aubergine parmigiana.
I probably won't meet my target weight by the end of the month, but I am determined to lose a good chunk of it before my holiday. 💪🤞

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in revealed -3 lbs for me.
Obviously I'm thrilled 😊. The wedding is two months today datewise. Last night I dreamed about finding the right coloured accessories... and was chuntering about how many different coloured navy blues there are as I tried to match them. Ermmm. I'm going for silver accessories with a navy dress! Oh no 🤦♀️ are there lots of different coloured silvers? And breathe....
Hope everyone has a good week.

I am now 13 stones 9. According to the Wii fit, one more lb and I will be overweight, rather than obese!5 -
General_Grant said:I've been suffering with a cold since Tuesday and have not been following the "feed a cold, starve a fever" idea, quite the opposite really as I haven't felt hungry. So this morning I'm 2 lb less than on Monday. I hope it will be sustained till my next "official" weighin on Monday.
So here it is - Monday morning weigh-in time.
But my cold ended and, compared with last week, I am a STS.
(55.6kg = 8 st 11 lb)
Three more Mondays to the end of the quarter, including the last day. I can't expect to lose my full target of pounds by then but overall I should have lost a little. (Or is saying that tempting the diet demons.)

Weigh in for me today and lost 1lb so now lost more than my target, aim now is not to put it back on!!
I have split my targets so need to drop some more lbs5 -
Pleased and surprised to be down by 3 pounds - taking me back down below a stone mark. Not sure it will last as I'm off to the land of butter tarts & peameal bacon later this week.
