However, have also realised that this is technically (by 0.1kg) my lowest weight since I started losing 😁5

Lunch - hummus and carrot sticks
Tea - chicken tikka
I must make some more BSD meals for the freezer and have a bit of variation!!
My jeggings (worn daily under dresses and tunics) are now too wide in the leg! So they're no longer jeggings but wrinkly around the calf.
Very lucky to find a brand new M and S pair at the charity shop today.6 -

Hello everyone,
Will admit it’s been a tough week, my partner has been very poorly. After 3 trips to hospital, he has been diagnosed with a kidney stone and kidney infection.
Half a kilo loss;
Previous weight 82.2
current weight 81.7
Let’s hope for a calmer, quieter week

Weigh-in not until Monday morning so one more day to go.
Average daily calorie intake since last weigh-in has been 1723 (one day was a bit wild at over 2100 and included 2 smallish glasses of red wine).
Scales are looking friendly and so I'm hoping for a small loss.
Posting this hoping it helps me maintain discipline on Sunday!4 -
STS for me.
Why do I feel like that final Ib is going to hang on for dear life!LOL4
