No I think it just automatically redirected me into the App Store and opened at the Revolut app for me to download (so I didn’t manually go into store myself and search for it).

I applied through the TCB link. Entered my number on the Revolut page. No redirection link, so manually went into App Store and downloaded the app. Once account verified the 5% savings account was there. Spent £4.50 on Vinted yesterday and today I had the £20 promotion credited to my account.
I believe they link the promotion you applied for to your phone number that was used initially.1 -
Thanks. That's what I was expecting / hoping 🙂

@soulsaver - Chip Easy Access 5.01% has now gone NLA replaced by 3.81% tracker for new customers for a year.

Skipton have launched a Member Easy Access Saver at 4.25%. A slightly lower rate than the Member Bonus Saver some of us will have maturing around about now, but it will take £10,000 vs the £5,000 of the previous account. 30 days membership required.

Today: BoE Bank rate held at 3.75%.
Next review 30 July.

This is annoying. I have £5K in the old Member Bonus Saver, but I’ve been using a non-member Bonus Saver iss 12 as my day-to-day savings account - it’s been very useful to be able to set up transfers, including future-dated ones, into my current account using the App, and it also funds my Member RS. Because the bonus is ending, I’ve been looking for a replacement that allows unlimited withdrawals and has an App, and I’m now in the process of opening the Tesco Internet saver - not quite as good because future-dated transfers can’t be done via the App. It’s a long-winded process because they want my signature, Royal Mail took nearly a week to deliver the thing I have to sign, and Tesco only provided a 2nd class elvelope to return it. And now, just two days after I posted it, here’s Skipton with a new account that will do everything I want. Why, Skipton? Surely you must have realised you’d be losing the finds from these bonus accounts? Why leave it so late to come up with something new?

an email from Newbury BS…
Dear Member(s),
While the Bank of England base rate remains unchanged today, we will be increasing the interest rates on selected accounts, effective from Friday 19 June 2026.
there's nothing to write home about in these increases - the affected accounts are going up by 0.10% - 0.15%, e.g Existing Member EA goes from 3.15% to 3.30%.

It fell quite well for me, as I needed something by the end of the month but was just going to use the Family BS Market Tracker Saver if nothing appeared. From memory Tesco lack the ease of Skipton to switch from one to another when they released a higher paying issue.
I was quite surprised to see it as they’ve had Access accounts recently. Even if an account was purely a Regular Saver feeder, it would still mean needing 12 withdrawals a year.1
