Anyone else having problems trying to open an account online as a new Ulster Bank Customer?The process got as far as the document-verification page where it became stuck with a 'trying to connect' icon.After several minutes I clicked on the browser page refresh.The system then threw me back to the beginning of the application; all my previously entered details were lost.Another example of rubbish web design.Why on earth does the application process want a video of my face in any case?I am using a desktop PC without a camera!1

It's just a third party ID verification system. I had to do one recently for a job application and it had exactly the same problems - just try again later.1
