You don't need to deposit £500/mth.nomorekids said:whilst Santander edge is being discussed, can someone remind me whether or not the edge current account has to have £500 deposited each month in order to trigger the 6% to be paid on the Edge saver?1 -
Maybe you misunderstood what the message told you?daz378 said:Yes I didn't realise I could close it and restart it....they warned in my banking app messages...by not upgrading to edge explorer...it could revert to an every day saver...at some point
It probably told you you could open an Edge Saver with an Explorer Account, which would revert to 4% after a year or something.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0 -
That's not exactly what it says. They're basically just advertising that you can apply for an edge saver with the new explorer account and reminding people of the other terms to meet to keep their saver open.daz378 said:Yes I didn't realise I could close it and restart it....they warned in my banking app messages...by not upgrading to edge explorer...it could revert to an every day saver...at some point2 -
Have you tried chrome browser.dosh37 said:Tried opening an Ulster Bank account again this morning. Same problem as yesterday.Allowing tracking cookies and disabling Ublock Origin in Firefox made no difference.Tried MS Edge. Same problem.Trustpilot review:-
Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers express significant dissatisfaction with various aspects of the company. Many consumers report issues with customer service, describing it as unhelpful and difficult to navigate. People also highlight problems related to the location, particularly the limited availability of branches. Reviewers frequently mention negative experiences with payments, indicating potential issues with transactions and account management. The contact methods, including phone and online support, are also a source of frustration for many. Furthermore, several consumers have expressed concerns about the functionality and user-friendliness of the app.I don't think I will bother with any further attempts.0 -

This means that Santander Edge Explorer current account holders can open a Santander Edge saver. This also means that if you choose to upgrade to a Santander Edge Explorer current account, you can keep your Santander Edge saver. We need to tell you about the changes to eligibility for the Santander Edge saver, because if you don’t meet them we might switch your Santander Edge saver to an Everyday Saver.1 -

Doesn't all that mean "no change" for anyone with Edge Current Account(s) and associated Edge Savers?wiseonesomeofthetime said:SANTANDER EDGE SAVER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

SANTANDER EDGE SAVER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Does that mean i can have 3 Edge/EdgeSaver accounts now?Mortgage Free 02/02/20242 -
So, no real change as it says:
"* have a Santander Edge® or a Santander Edge® Explorer current account."
So nothing has changed? - You can still have the Edge Saver with the Edge current account.1
