Ford Flexible Saver is still showing as 4.35% - I trust I haven't missed any announcements about that dropping, have I? I assume that is imminent...............0

SnowMan said:West Brom 4 access saver (issue 2): The interest rate where 5 or more withdrawals are made is reducing from 2.15% AER to 1.9% AER from 16th June 2025. That suggests to me that the rate where less than 5 withdrawals have been made will remain at 4.65% AER after 16th June 2025 as no mention is made of that. Given that the rate went up to 4.65% AER after the interest rate cut it seemed likely in any case that the rate wouldn't immediately decrease.Any idea why it doesn't appear in the MSE Top Picks list?

Got an email yesterday saying that the Shawbrook Easy Access rate was reducing from 3.85% to 3.60% AER from 30th May. I emptied the account some time ago when it became uncompetitive.2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.0

It seems I am on the naughty step with Family BS. They have taken exception to me using their debit card funding option to fulfil the criteria for my Halifax Reward accounts. A shame really as it was a pain waiting for the funds to clear at NS&I. I now need to provide them with an explanation for regulatory compliance. I expect they will tell me not to do it again.5

They just don't want you rinsing cash through their savings accounts.
Just use Revolut, they're used to having large amounts of cash sloshing around their accounts.

It may just be for some money laundering piece. I'd be tempted to explain that it's from your own UK bank account with Halifax, and they might be satisfied with that.1
