As Atom have declared they're leaving their reward 4.75% rate where it is, I'm going to add some more.
Can I check with someone that my strategy with this account is optimal? I obviously don't want to ever earn the 'punishment' withdrawal rate, so I'm going to treat it effectively as a 'max 30 day notice' account and when I withdraw it'll be on my monthly anniversary date (which is I think when interest is paid?) and for the full amount. Is that the best way?

That is exactly the way I am going with Atom. Leave it.. Leave it…… Leave it……….. BANG!! Withdraw the entire lot once interest is added,Frequentlyhere said:As Atom have declared they're leaving their reward 4.75% rate where it is, I'm going to add some more.

Ford Flexible Saver is still showing as 4.35% - I trust I haven't missed any announcements about that dropping, have I? I assume that is imminent...............0

SnowMan said:West Brom 4 access saver (issue 2): The interest rate where 5 or more withdrawals are made is reducing from 2.15% AER to 1.9% AER from 16th June 2025. That suggests to me that the rate where less than 5 withdrawals have been made will remain at 4.65% AER after 16th June 2025 as no mention is made of that. Given that the rate went up to 4.65% AER after the interest rate cut it seemed likely in any case that the rate wouldn't immediately decrease.Any idea why it doesn't appear in the MSE Top Picks list?

MSE's top tables don't update as regularly as some of the other comparison sites. Personally, I use Moneyfactscompare as it's usually more up-to-date and (once you've re-ordered the results in terms of 'Rate'), it gives a simple list in rate order. That West Brom account is currently 5th on their list.dosh37 said:SnowMan said:West Brom 4 access saver (issue 2): The interest rate where 5 or more withdrawals are made is reducing from 2.15% AER to 1.9% AER from 16th June 2025. Got an email yesterday saying that the Shawbrook Easy Access rate was reducing from 3.85% to 3.60% AER from 30th May. I emptied the account some time ago when it became uncompetitive.2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.0

Just been notified in an email from Skipton that it is also going down on 9 June, to 4.10% AERGrowingold said:I can't seem to see their Quadruple Access Cash ISA Saver currently 4.35% on the list. Am I missing it?0 -
It seems I am on the naughty step with Family BS. They have taken exception to me using their debit card funding option to fulfil the criteria for my Halifax Reward accounts. A shame really as it was a pain waiting for the funds to clear at NS&I. I now need to provide them with an explanation for regulatory compliance. I expect they will tell me not to do it again.5
