Gatehouse EA funds deposited this morning did the transfer yesterday around 3.30pm 

I see that I can't withdraw need to wait for code to receive by post

I sent funds just b4 1pm same day cut off and they were in the account around 20 mins later. Also email and text confirming receipt.

Could be a glitch. My morning deposits have always arrived at around 1pm. I get text and e-mail confirmations usually at 1.06pm.  I've sent £2k at 8.30am and the money is there.

Moved £4k to GH at 09:30 this AM, notified of deposit @ 13:05.

Totally my bad. I sent it from my Chase saving rather than the linked Everyday account.
GH picked the phone up quickly and could see the rejected transaction. Should land back with Chase tomorrow and I can do it properly!

I sent £3K to GH at 12:50pm this afternoon.  I got a text and email from GH 15 minutes later confirming receipt of the deposit.  

Don't forget that Gatehouse only accepts deposits into its easy access savings accounts when they are made from your nominated account.  If you sent the funds from a different account instead of your nominated account, then GH will not accept the deposit and will return the funds back to you in a working day or so.

Easy mistake to make.  Chase's saving account acts like current account, except you can't use it for card payments.

Yeah i'm a big fan of the Chase savings account. Not only for the 5% interest rate, but also the speed and ease at which you can transfer money away from it.

I’m a Chase 1st edition original but need to say good bye at the moment at 3.5% from tomorrow. Still use the 1% cashback current account for most of my spending.
