Today I am grateful for another large piece of furniture going to someone who needs it, for Pip having a friend come over so I got a lovely chat with the mum friend, for being just over 3/4 of the way through my marking, for not being out in the pelting hailstorm we've just had.

That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

Good morning, gosh I'm sore from yesterday's gym.
I just realised that I've not been counting NSDs, so I've gone through my account etc and also just on 4. Will do better.
Gratitude

* good sleep
* morning 🌞
EDIT: so now the day can only get better. Broke something in work, broke me in the gym (figuratively speaking) and worst: left my phone on the bus this morning. I phoned it and emailed the bus company who will keep an eye out. Grrrrrrr.

Good morning,
been trying all morning to locate my phone (no reply or progress from bus company) and getting a replacement SIM with the same number (some swearing at chat bots involved). It's a nightmare to loose your phone nowadays. So many things and log ins need it. Wish I had never signed up to any two step verification
On the bright side yesterday was NSD 5.
Not much else to report
