Thats terrible that is.

The person's customer number, account no and sort code was also probably in them documents.

It was yes. I'm a good person though I won't be doing anything with it. I'm just petrified mines also been compromised..........

It was yes. I'm a good person though I won't be doing anything with it. I'm just petrified mines also been compromised.......... 

Ask them to close that account and open a new one, on the basis that they won't confirm if yours have been similarly compromised?

It's been over two weeks since I applied and still nothing, not even a credit search. 

Maybe a new application is in order

Before you do this check the application portal. It can take a while for a credit search to show up. If it's any consolation it's over 2 weeks since I applied and I haven't heard a thing back either. They're a ghastly bank.

I just received notification from my doner bank account that the switch to danske will be completed on 17th.

Still no bank card or letters from Danske though.

Progress is happening but its slow

What is that Danske portal? 

I entered my email but its not recognised by the system.

My application has been approved though, maybe thats why!

It gives the "progress" on your application. Yeah, you don't have an application anymore. My actual submitted date was 25th April, the last update they made was a week ago!

Just an update on my situation. I received another email containing my welcome docs and it had my name this time. The account numbers were different from the first email. No further explanation was giving on how or why issue happened. So that wasn’t good. It’s been 2 weeks since I applied for an account and I’m yet to receive a debit card and ebanking login details. This bank is a disaster. Just gonna get the bonus and close it!
