Can I ask when you found out your switch date? I signed all the documents on the 9th, 9 days ago, but have heard nothing since.

Also my documents haven't been archived yet, have yours?

Hi,

I signed documents on 5th, text from the bank i was switching from on 10th, and i believe online message from Danske on 11th.

I can still access those documents too, i thought they were going to be archived after 7 days.

17 days after applying I received the email with a link for me to digitally sign but they have used my landline instead of mobile number which means I cannot receive the OTP.

Anyone else had this issue?

I'd be tempted still keep hold of an account with them though just in case they launch another switching offer at some stage.

I signed my switching documents last Thursday so today is 3 working days but I've heard nothing back yet from either the bank I'm switching from or Danske.

I've received my debit card but am still waiting for my user ID and temporary PIN, so I still can't log into the app.

Congratulations on receiving the bonus, at least they were quick to pay it. I'll be keeping my account as I can get the reward every month and it's useful if another switching offer comes along sometime (assuming it allows existing customers to avail of it).

Sunday 5th signed documents

Fri 10th the bank i was switching from sent a text

Danske sent online banking letter dated 11th. I didn't actually have access to this letter at that time as i hadnt received the online banking info,

Yeah, i'll hold on to the empty Danske account for now, will be useful if a switching offer comes up.

Switch completed Friday 24/5, £200 bonus received today Tuesday 28/5.

Will keep the account as it has a branch I can park at easily if I need to visit a branch to deposit a cheque.
